How does a dopamine rush feels like?

    I am currently on 33rd day of NO PMO. So I was just reading an answer on Quora. Which triggers me and I got an erection. Just after reading that answer when I stood up I felt like 4to5 waves of 'something' travelled into my brain. And every wave causes a little pain in my head. So I am not sure if that was dopamine rush. Because I never know how dopamine rush 'physically' feels like even while watching porn. So if anybody knows please tell me.

    That doesn’t sound like a dopamine rush, which feels more a rush like sniffing cocaine

    Does a dopamine rush feels good?
    I had read that the urges are due to release of dopamine is it true?

    No One can really tell you for sure, unless they've experienced one under lab testing conditions, which might not even exist...

    However I can tell you what I believe it feels like to me.

    First of all it would happen to me in anticipation of starting a PMO session, just at the time I started accessing porn, or even just "getting ready" for it.

    It could also happen whilst fantasizing about sex or porn.

    I would feel my heart rate shoot up, I'd feel sweat building up on my forehead, palms, armpits.

    General feeling of excitement and pleasure, and light-headedness, coming in waves as you described. No headache though.

    That's my two cents.

    Well I haven't ever read that dopamine rush feels like head ache. I just read that some feels it as good sensation while some feels symptoms like @ichabodcr described. I was actually not worry because I know that, that 5 sec headache is not dopamine rush. I just thought to post this question anyway for just in case type situation.

    It's good dopamine rush feels good but sometimes I am so desenetized that activities those should make me feel dopamine rush dont. But when I do feel dopamine rush it's usually like I am happy a lot even bad things seems ok and good a lot good.
