I think I lost sight of some of the big picture stuff in the last few years. Sure I've made improvements and I'm happy to have made changes. But I have somewhat forgotten the end game and transformation I wanted.

That was inspiring, thank you for the timely reminder and sharing your story.

It really inspires me. The tittle is true. I found too many phrases that I would like to say in the future when I'll tell my history. That's an amazing proccess, and we're so happy to realised that IT'S POSSIBLE!
This phrases are incredible, so preccises:
- My relationship to fear has changed. I no longer see fear as something to run away from, but as a friend that can make me grow. Getting out of my comfort zone is a pleasure.
- The truth is, the other side of fear is freedom
- Your thoughts don't define you. There's the inner you, and your thoughts.
Congrats for your transformation, and thanks for shared it with us, you really got transfer us the motivation that we need. Ahhhh I also felt that inner voice, and mine is also strong; I CAN DO IT, not only this, whatever what I want.

I'm glad I could bring you so much energy and inspiration! And yes, anything is possible. It's a process that hurts because you learn so much about yourself, you mess up and it's completely normal.

But the fucking pleasure of knowing that you're moving towards your dreams... No matter the failures, no matter the criticism, it's priceless.

I am convinced that this process of personal development allows one to discover oneself. Going out of your comfort zone and acting in spite of fear is the best learning experience you can have. By making efforts, we end up discovering who we really are, deep down. And when you know who you are, you can finally live freely. Without having to prove anything.
Many people only see the results. But this goal is the most important thing for me after 2 years of work.

Keep moving, you'll get there!

But at 19, my coach told me that I could never become a good player. I wasn't talented enough and I was mentally weak. I gave up that goal…

I've always been that kind of guy who's far from being the most talented. I tended to compare myself to others. But I've always had this fire in me and this voice telling me I wanted more. When I was eight years old, I remember I kept telling myself that I was different. I always worked harder than others and I always fought for what I wanted. I always saw life as a struggle. But I felt like I was alone in this fight and I was out of step with the others.

From the age of 19 to 20, I fell into a deep depression. But that was the last one. At the age of 20, I decided this had to change. I realized I only had one life and I didn't want to waste it. That if I didn't do something about it, no one else would. I knew I had the motivation and determination to do it. I left my parents' house and moved to a bigger city to go back to school. I decided to list all the things I wanted to accomplish.

Stop masturbation and pornography

Stop playing video games

being able to go out and talk to girls I like.

Making friends

Building the body I've always wanted to have...

Eating healthy

Meditation

...

So I've given up masturbation, pornography and video games altogether. I started to face my fears and to go out and talk to attractive girls in my everyday life. In the street, in stores. Groups of one, two, three girls. Families. In situations that were always different. On the bus, in the subway...

I signed up for the gym and went five times a week. I gave everything i had EVERY SINGLE TIME. I started to pay attention to what I ate. I started meditation and reading self development books. I cut off contact with the few friends I had who were dragging me down.
The resolution that changed me the most was to go out and pick up attractive girls. Confronting rejection, fear of other people's looks. Realizing that girls actually liked me. This combined with nofap and meditation, I was convinced that nothing could stop me from becoming who I really wanted to be.

I talked to thousands of girls. I have had dozens of fulfilling relationships and deep connections with girls. I am able to go out and talk to any girl I like in my everyday life. I'm not a nice guy anymore. I accept myself for who I am and I don't need recognition anymore. I've met guys who have the same goals as me and we're like a family.
I've gotten the body I've always dreamed of having. I haven't masturbated once in almost 2 years. I learn about myself and others every day. I remember that voice telling me I was different when I was 8 years old. Now I understand why.

I've had my good times and bad times. But most of all, I learned, I grew as a person. And I think that's the most important thing, beyond the results.

Here's a list of things I've developed:

Self confidence

Ability to push my limits beyond imagination

My relationship to fear has changed. I no longer see fear as something to run away from, but as a friend that can make me grow. Getting out of my comfort zone is a pleasure.

I'm no longer afraid of other people's eyes.

Self-discipline

Joy

Presence

Ability to let go of things I can't control

Acceptance. I'm not trying to fight my emotions. I accept them and welcome them with kindness. Even if I feel bad, I still take action because I like who I am and I want to do it.

I love life. From the bottom of my heart.

I have certainly forgotten some things on this list. This is the first time I express myself and give details about my story. Believe it or not, tears of gratitude are streaming down my face. I'm still the sensitive, introverted boy that I was. I know that's not going to change. But I love myself just the way I am. I love people. I have no limits anymore. I realize that the only limits I had were the ones I set for myself. But the most important thing I've learned on this journey is that my value, who I am, is more important than any effort I might make. Even if I had to stop everything today, I would be happy. I know who I am now. And I think that's the most important thing. No matter what you go through, your mental state, All those failures, those hard times, YOU ARE ENOUGH.

Today is my birthday. I'm 22 years old. And this is just the beginning of this adventure. I'm proud, and I'm excited to keep growing and learning. Knowing in my heart that I've already crossed the finish line.

I learned that fear keeps us from becoming who we honestly deep down want to be. The truth is, the other side of fear is freedom. Don't let your fears decide for you what you really want in your life. If I did it, you can do it too. I believe in you.

My main goal now is becoming a dating and self development coach.

- Deep down, I knew I was capable of achieving great things. I've always had a big lack of self-confidence because of my past.
- I had this rage inside of me. Not the kind you attribute to people who want revenge. No, the rage that drives you to always push yourself, no matter how hard you try...

What happened when i took action

I left my parents' house and moved to a bigger city to go back to school. I decided to list all the things I wanted to accomplish.

i don't go out and talk to attractive girls because of a feeling of not having enough or because of my "super-excited state". I take action because I love myself

If I'd gotten together with the first girl, I wouldn't be happy because I wouldn't have really chosen her. That's what most men do, because they don't pick up girls. But in my opinion, it's a mistake. They don't really care deeply for the girl they're in a relationship with. They like the image they project when they're with her.
Before getting into a relationship, you have to know yourself. That's the main lesson I've learned.

Honestly, unless I meet an incredible girl who really suits me, I plan to continue this process of going out and talking to attractive girls.

I had to face the fear of rejection, the fear of other people looking at me, the fear of looking like a weird guy, the fear of not being good enough, of not knowing what to say. Every time something became comfortable, I increased the difficulty.
I thought it was gonna hurt at first. I compared it to throwing myself headfirst into a crocodile cage. But you know what? Nothing happened. Girls thank you and get emotional most of the time. That's when I realized my thoughts were just thoughts. Nothing else.
I put myself in situations every day where I had no control over what was going to happen. I was going against all those standards that prevent you from realizing your dreams and what's important to you. What helped me to take action was to remember that :

- None of that will matter at the end of my life. All that will matter is who I've become.
- Fear is a compass to discover yourself and finally be free, not something to be avoided.
- What's stopping you from taking action besides fear? Nothing. Then go ahead.

I was afraid to be myself because of fear of disappointing. I was afraid to succeed, afraid to fail. From the age of 11 to 19, I took refuge in video games and pornography. No parties with friends, no girlfriends. I'm a hypersensitive guy so I fell into depression several times.
I also took refuge in sports during my teenage years. From 15 to 19 years old, I was in a training center to become a professional table tennis player. I think it helped me to find the right mindset. But at 19, my coach told me that I could never become a good player. I wasn't talented enough and I was mentally weak. I gave up that goal… Giving up on such an important goal made me feel even worse. I had nothing left.

I've always been that kind of guy who's far from being the most talented. I tended to compare myself to others. But I've always had this fire in me and this voice telling me I wanted more. When I was eight years old, I remember I kept telling myself that I was different. I always worked harder than others and I always fought for what I wanted. I always saw life as a struggle. But I felt like I was alone in this fight and I was out of step with the others. I've always been less successful than others by working harder. I think that's part of me. I'm destined to always work on myself.

From the age of 19 to 20, I fell into a deep depression. But that was the last one. At the age of 20, I decided this had to change.

The moment i decided i had to change

I realized I only had one life and I didn't want to waste it. That if I didn't do something about it, no one else would. I knew I had the motivation and determination to do it. I had nothing to lose. I realized that

- Regret is worse than failure. I didn't want to die without trying. To die procrastinating on my dreams and what was important to me.
- Deep down, I knew I was capable of achieving great things. I've always had a big lack of self-confidence because of my past.
- I had this rage inside of me. Not the kind you attribute to people who want revenge. No, the rage that drives you to always push yourself, no matter how hard you try...

What happened when i took action

I left my parents' house and moved to a bigger city to go back to school. I decided to list all the things I wanted to accomplish.

- Stop masturbation and pornography
- Stop playing video games
- being able to go out and talk to girls I like.
- Making friends
- Building the body I've always wanted to have...
- Eating healthy
- Meditation

So I've given up masturbation, pornography and video games altogether. I started to face my fears and to go out and talk to attractive girls in my everyday life. In the street, in stores. Groups of one, two, three girls. Families. In situations that were always different. On the bus, in the subway... I also overcame my fears at night (sober). I had to face the fear of rejection, the fear of other people looking at me, the fear of looking like a weird guy, the fear of not being good enough, of not knowing what to say. Every time something became comfortable, I increased the difficulty.
I thought it was gonna hurt at first. I compared it to throwing myself headfirst into a crocodile cage. But you know what? Nothing happened. Girls thank you and get emotional most of the time. That's when I realized my thoughts were just thoughts. Nothing else.
I put myself in situations every day where I had no control over what was going to happen. I was going against all those standards that prevent you from realizing your dreams and what's important to you. What helped me to take action was to remember that :

- None of that will matter at the end of my life. All that will matter is who I've become.
- Fear is a compass to discover yourself and finally be free, not something to be avoided.
- What's stopping you from taking action besides fear? Nothing. Then go ahead.
I talked to thousands of girls. I have had dozens of fulfilling relationships and deep connections with girls. I am able to go out and talk to any girl I like in my everyday life. I'm not a nice guy anymore. I accept myself for who I am and I don't need recognition anymore.

I've met guys who have the same goals as me and we're like a family. I have enormous respect for them and for all the people who do everything they can to improve their lives and unleash their full potential. They are heroes and inspiration to me.

I signed up for the gym and went five times a week. I gave everything i had EVERY SINGLE TIME. I started to pay attention to what I ate. I started meditation and reading self development books. I cut off contact with the few friends I had who were dragging me down.
I've gotten the body I've always dreamed of having. I haven't masturbated once in almost 2 years. Stopping masturbation and pornography has been my driving force to take action. I've always had this fire inside me. But when I stopped masturbating, I exploded, literally. I saw all the doors open and I saw the world differently. I felt an inner peace. A peace that made me realize that no matter what happens, I am who I am. And that's enough.
I remember that voice telling me I was different when I was 8 years old. Now I understand why.

I've had my good times and bad times. But most of all, I learned, I grew as a person. And I think that's the most important thing, beyond the results.

Here's a list of things I've developed:

- Self confidence
- I don't care about the results anymore
- Ability to push my limits beyond imagination
- My relationship to fear has changed. I no longer see fear as something to run away from, but as a friend that can make me grow. Getting out of my comfort zone is a pleasure.
- I'm no longer afraid of other people looking at me.
- Self-discipline
- Joy
- Your thoughts are just thoughts, nothing more
- Presence
- Ability to let go of things I can't control
- Acceptance. I'm not trying to fight my emotions. I accept them and welcome them with kindness. Even if I feel bad, I still take action because I like who I am and I want to do it.
- I love life. From the bottom of my heart.

I have certainly forgotten some things on this list. Believe it or not, tears of gratitude are streaming down my face. I'm still the sensitive, introverted boy that I was. I know that's not going to change. But I love myself just the way I am. I love people. I have no limits anymore. I realize that the only limits I had were the ones I set for myself.
The most important thing I've learned on this journey is that my value, who I am, is more important than any effort I might make. Even if I had to stop everything today, I would be happy. I know who I am now. And I think that's the most important thing. No matter what you go through, your mental state, All those failures, those hard times, YOU ARE ENOUGH.

Today is my birthday. I'm 22 years old. And this is just the beginning of this adventure. I'm proud, and I'm excited to keep growing and learning. Knowing in my heart that I've already crossed the finish line.

I realize how proud the shy man I used to be would be of me. And I encourage you not to listen to your thoughts. You are capable of making your dreams come true.
I learned that fear keeps us from becoming who we honestly deep down want to be. The truth is, the other side of fear is freedom. Don't let your fears decide for you what you really want in your life. If I did it, you can do it too. I believe in you.

My main goal now is becoming a dating and self development coach.

I almost beat my lower self some time ago. I attribute to how furious I was at the very thing that drove me to a dark place.

suicide and shit

As I progressed my learnings about the inner workings of the mind, the intellect made me suppress a few traits I considered unworthy at the time.

It happens that this rage can work both like obstacle and weapon. This commitment to bettering oneself you described, alongside a certain video I watched recently on Dharma, helped me realise focused Wrath is the path for becoming unstuck. That I must not get ahead of myself.
