    Hey guys ..I'm 21 year old college student. Unfortunately I started to watch porn since I was 15 year old .
    That time I had no idea what the rubbish it was . I was a avg student after porn addiction , I totally felt into depression . many time I initiated to say no to porn . but I was helpless. My subconscious mind and conscious mind are fighting but I'm in the midway of my life. I've a goal and want to see a smile on my parents lips. I'm here just to overcome this ....feel free to message me

    I would recommend you to stay in touch with members and read their success stories. You may also learn tricks to avoid the short-term pleasure and to face the temptations.

    Be AWARE of your habits and control what you see and what/who you spend your time with.

    It's also important to limit the usage of social media. In addition, never be free! Use your free time as much as possible and do sports, exercise, attend classes, etc.
