    Today on day 4, I got an erection that lasted for a minute. When I was having a short nap around 11 am. Some fantasy striked my mind that is why this happened. Is this normal to have an erection on day 4?

    I have been failing really badly. Earlier it was atleast under control but not it has even become challenging to control a week. The damage is done.
    Losing to PMO very badly.
    I am done now.
    I can't lose everything for it.
