Edit; Just realising that i could go months without PMO all the once but without watching porn, not that long. I'm strugling to even get 30 days without watching porn. Really need to get my shit together.

Day 13 of Nofap No PMO. Day 5 on this challenge. I’m still feeling the loneliness and sadness a great deal, I keep thinking especially about my ex girlfriend from 6 years ago and the relationship I had with her, and I can never get her out of my head. Also I pretty much have no friends either, these are the things that’s making me feel very lonely lately but I’m trying to put up with it anyway. I’m not going to break or give up from these things either, I’m going to be strong and keep pushing on no matter what.

 

I wish you the best. Sorry to hear about you being very lonely. Have you read the book on "How to win friends and influence people"? If you have not I highly recommend you reading it. I found it really helpful with great information.
