Reflection of relapse due to ads and sexy posts on social media.

I was so damn regretful and seriously sad about the way I relapsed. Cuz of having porn addiction until now, I once followed a lot of sexy model or ppl who posts a lot arousing stuff, eventually, the ad's suggestion on social media started showing arousing ads too which I have no idea I lost my battle against the devil in such humiliating way. Sure no pain no gain, I concluded some countermeasures here,

1. Stop following any account on social media that could possibly arouse you thus relapse.

2. When some arousal ads pop up, select some options to close it and indicate you re not interested/hate in these ads. (cuz normally they ask why)

3. Try to expose yourself more on public, for Exp: always open your door so your roommates or parents can help as you wouldn't want to fap publicly XD.

As the saying goes, "Success often comes from several failures". only keep trying without giving up can reach your goal.
