The Little Strategy I Made

    Hey Guys,
    I am new here on nofap. And it's my second day. To win the fight , I have made a little strategy . And I feel it's helping me so just wanted to share.

    1. I uninstalled instagram and further also unfollowed all the accounts which post content that may act as a trigger.
    2. When I feel like using social media , I instead login nofap. And read the advices, suggestions, problems faced by others, their strategy, etc.
    3. I have downloaded many books on the issue of Porn recovery and sex addiction. And atleast I try to read five pages daily.
    4. I am watching many videos on the issue for gaining wisdom and to win the battle.
    5. I am trying to take proper amount of sleep.
    6. Making relapse report so that I don't repeat the same mistake again.
    I would love if any one would add more to the list.

    These are all great ideas. It looks like you're feeding yourself with reasons to keep up the fight, and that's really smart. If you want other ways of staying focused, you might try the daily intention thread here on NoFap. You can start your day by articulating a reason to quit PMO.
    It sounds like you're off to a great start. Keep an inventory of situations where you will struggle and work on adjusting those while you're in your right mind before they happen. For example, if you struggle on your phone while lying in bed, put your charger away from your bed and plug it in before you lie down.
    There are lots of recommendations that you can find on this site, too.
