Day 2/infinity! Im going to push myself further this time than last time!
I also signed up with CovenantEyes with my close friend so he will be getting reports of my screen time (computer and phone) so I will definitely won't be trying to search anything inappropriate. Lets get it!

Fuck. Just had the most stupid and longest relapse in a while. Back to 0.

 

i didn't type for many days but i am still controlling my urges,today was the day when the urge level was like insane i saw some bad picture but then i came back to NoFap to share my experience...seeing every one try to control the urges and getting rid of pmos is so exciting that one day i also hope to recover....but for now it's a huge pain for me...i can't control my fantasies i always visualize that stuff in my mind that is the part which is most difficult to control and i always fail in that....but still there is hope
