    Look at brighter side. You only have 3 relapses so far in May. Before I got introduced to nofap I did it every single day and many times more than once.

    and yes there isn't only one way to do this. some thoughts are visiting my brain right now and I'll tell you once I find a way I can stick with for a long time.

    I started my journey on the 1st of April and relapsed on 6th.
    after that I relapsed on 7th of may and twice today.
    All in all, my performance is not improving. is it??

    Bro! You just relapsed 4 times since you started. That means u stayed on track for 49 out of 52 days. Don't be so hard on yourself bro! You should rather pat yourself in back for being on track for 49 days and now put your foot on accelerator and start new run. Your achievement here clearly out weighs your tiny failure. To put this perspective, if u went Gym for 49 days and worked out sincerely but didn't do it for 3 days in between you are surely going to look and feel better. I feel this is no different than that.

    the moment after you relapse is very crucial bro . It is very hard to stay clean after a relapse . A lot of fapstronauts relapse again in the same day or the next day after a relapse . But this binging is what messes your progress up the most , not the relapse itself . This article deserves reading :

    I was driving all of yesterday and didn't get a chance to post. No major draws yesterday but definitely feeling it today. Had the desire of habit when I got back home today. Just cooked some dinner and cleaned some. I noticed I ate more cookies than normal sporadically. Planning to create an ok Cupid profile tonight since I don't have a gf right now. Definitely feeling the urge today more than in the past. Thanks williamoneanddone for the pm. I definitely agree with the fact it's a dopamine addiction. Going for a 90 day reboot.

    I downloaded block it and entered those numbers but I tested it and playboy.com came up. New to blocking this stuff, help would be appreciated.

    I did some searching and found how to set it up on my router, thank you. Any way to do that with 4g, chrome or Firefox when I'm not using my router?

    Do you have k9 or are using Opendns on your router? This is just one more road block when the urge occurs. What are your alternatives to substitute for pmo?

    I think exercise seems to help some. I lifted for about an hour and a half and then sat in the sauna. I definitely noticed the girls at the gym more, chatted with one and the conversation seemed very natural, and a little flirtatious. The lifting wore me out and so my mind wasn't on pmo at all. A friend stopped over and we chatted a bit about life. Today was a pretty good day. I'm enjoying the challenges of this journey. Anyone else had similar experiences?
