How long till porn induced thoughts and fetishes disappear?

    I am sure all the thoughts and fetishes I have they all are porn induced becuz I never had them before I started watching porn. Even after I started watching porn, it escalated slowly in a pattern like this.

    • Anal

    • Rape
    • Femdom
    • And it fucking goes on...
    I just wanna know how long until cravings and thoughts in real life go away.
    I am aroused by my gf while being physical but I can't have sex with her, not yet, not becuz I have some problem but just becuz we wanna be together for more time before doing it .
    It's just the thoughts which have slowly even manifested themselves due constant imagination. I got rid of these thoughts before and everything had become fine until I indulged heavly in pmo again and it all came back. I never left pmo completely. But I am doing it now.
    Just wanna know if 90 days is long enough or should go for longer .

    It's just that there are triggers which have been formed in real life .These triggers make it difficult .And yeah I am involved in alot of this since some time now becuz the more I know my vrain the better I'll be, becuz I have been diagnosed with some disorders and syndromes .

    I've only gone best 13 days without PMO and only the very light porn induced fetishes disappeared. You need to go 90 days full without PMO. I escalated into just as bad, if not worse things, such as transgender, gay, sissy, crossdresser and bbw "humiliation" and I still get them, despite not actually seeing any of this content for the last 20+ days. I think a good three months should do the trick or atleast give us an update on how you are going after 90 days. It could take longer, 180, 365, 2 years....it all depends on the level of how long you were addicted to these porn induced fetishes.

    Im 14 months hardmode, and my fetishes haven't fully disappeared unfortunately. They still give a hit of dopamine when thinking about them.
