Could I have venous leak and not PIED?

So I’ve been extremely worried that I may have a physical problem with my penis instead of just pied. I’ve been rebooting for a few months, and while I have seen some improvements.. my erections still don’t last long at all. My morning wood is only about half erect and goes down as soon as I wake up, my erections during the day don’t stay up without co start physical stimulation. I’m at the point where I can conjure an erection of some sorts by imagination but it goes down right away if it’s not touched.

I’m specifically worried about venous leak. I’m worried that I damaged my penis as a young kid. I remember one day I was 10 years old and I had an erection in the pool and I put it on the step and my brother stepped on it (weird kid stuff) but it hurt bad. I don’t remember having any long term pain damage at that age but it most certainly hurt at the time and obviously I know better than that now not to treat my erections like that. Could that event back then caused any problems possibly? Such as venous leak? I’m so worried. Currently 26 years old and in despair
