[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I've failed. managed to do 5 days but it wasn't really in. so Day zero it is for me

 

Day 2 no MFO. I did a double-take and drove past a scantly clad female which is a no-no for me. Just need to acknowledge it and stay the course

No AO Day 3. Felt triggered at the store when I saw attractive women. I still need to put a porn blocker on my computer. Tried Peepeye but it was too restrictive for the family. Any suggestions or forums discussing content filters or porn blockers would be deeply appreciated.

I was at day 10. It was really nice to feel my brain becoming normal, more functional and productive, but I failed yesterday.
