I hope you guess between 6 and 10 months is close as i have just past the 6 month mark in my journey, yet im still unfortunately struggling with symptoms. I have a few days in each month where depression hits me hard. I am really hoping things accelerate for me soon :)

51 week hardmode streak (357) days with very healthy habits still going through healing and PAWS. Cravings for porn and masterbation are gone though.

yes i did, however i had used social media apps as an excuse to peek during that time which i believed hindered my healing a lot. Ive also learned how to manage emotions and stress with this streak among some other things.

this has been the cleanest reboot so far so i am hoping for a much shorter recovery time :)

Will anyone please help me on my thread ... Please help, as the withdrawals are very weird?

  11. I just know iam on the clear. There is no need to a brain scan or whatever. I never went to a doctor once or took and supplements. Infact its been weeks since i have worked out, meditated or yoga.

I just feel happy the moment I wake up, it's unmistakable. Everything is very clear and bright, especially after the brain fog and Headache lifted.

I just feel it. It's like having the "superpowers" back and i can keep them forever this time.

  12. I discovered Nofap, i guess in 2016 somewhere between may- july, since then i have been "harmoding", with relapses however. I was on Alex Lerza's app, Rtribe, that's where is began, I remember. This should not have been. My headache and brain fog always kicked in at 70+ days hardmode and last time i remembered would go on till 150 days above with heavy anxiety and panic attacks. My purpose for being here was to find a solution to my headache, headpressure issue. In terms of anxiety, sweating in my palms and feet and underarms during social interaction, and unable to connect properly, and brainfog, I was okay with it. I could live with it. But headache was just intense. I started researching and ended up here being confirmed by the members as PAWS symptoms. Whatever it is, it has ended and there is no mistaking about it.

  13. I have a strong feeling, Babul Tree Gum(gondh) that i took the night before, could be the reason. It is said to hep with semen vitality something, i dont know. But, picked it up on one of the videos in Manthanhub channel (they talk about masturbation, and brahmacharya way of life, I highly recommend). It decreases your appetite however(reminding). You just take few and dissolve it in luke warm water and drink it after two hours, or when it is fully dissolved. Could it be this? I wonder!

  16. @dudealone keep surrounding yourself with guys who have gone above a year or 200 days. It helps. It feeds your "I can do it if they can" spirit. Eventually you will.

Guys, I couldn't believe it when I read this: According to some achient texts in Sanskrit, the ancient practice of 40-day sadhana (spiritual exertion towards an intended goal) is needed when one wants to change: "We practice to train the subconscious to release thoughts or habits that do not serve us any longer. It takes 40 days to change a habit, 90 days to confirm the habit once all the blood cells have been renewed and 120 makes the new habit who you are when the subconscious mind has adapted to the new pattern. In 1000 days you have totally mastered the new habit."

Now do the math: 40 day + 90 days +120 days = 250 days = Exactly 250 days (35.6 weeks), the same number of days above mentioned brain scan study of addicts has shown is needed to regrowth gray matter volume to baseline after abandoning addiction. Furthermore 1000 days (2.7 years) to master new habit corresponds with what majority of the addiction therapists are saying, that it takes (up to 3 years) for former addict to rebuilt his/her life on new solid foundations.

It's crazy that modern science has confirmed what ancient "yogies" have already known for thousands of years.

  18. So Fenix,

Would you say 35 weeks or roughly 250 days was a "turning" point for you? What do you think of these studies now? Thanks.
