Very dark eye bags

Does everone else have dark eye bags. I realised that they arent't alway dark. When im in a good mood (i have mood swing because of withdrawel) the eye bags have the same colour like the rest of the skin. When in a bad mood they are very dark.
A long time i thought it was vecause of the food i was eating or the montor i look at but thats not the case.

 

I drink al lt of water. It's not the problem
