need urgent help... can't concentrate! !!

    Hey I'm having a crisis. .. been a week since I fapped but I'm unable to concentrate on my studies at all and I have exams in three days.. help me out plz.. dunno what to do. ..

    Find ANYTHING to do but porn or masturbation. It's going to mess you up even more doing that. Use your energy on your exams!

    No I don't have an urge to fap... I don't even wanna touch myself! !!! I just can't study. .. is this normal? ?

    I would think it is, because before your mind would seek out porn and masturbation. Now it has to find something other than that to concentrate on. I would say that it's your mind trying to adjust to life with out masturbation and porn. Give it some time to see if it "snaps out of it".

    what helped when I couldn't concentrate is to watch at ted talk video in YouTube about the great pornn experiment it took away the urge and other stuff like anxiety and I was able to concentrate again u should try it out. It might help.

    Go out, take a walk.
    Talk to friends who support and motivate you.
    Get a quick exercise or something.
    Be around people for some time.

    This will keep happening. Has happened to me as well, hundreds of times. It is probably to do with hormonal signals which tell the body that it needs to take the arousal to its completion./

    You, however, must not stray. Ignore it. Endure it. You have to. Else you are back to square one.
    Few hours of mind control will earn another easy week or probably two.

    Inability to concentrate is associated with dopamine deficiency. Intense exercise will raise your dopamine levels and give you the ability to focus on your studies.

    it's true. even just a half hour jog with a bit of sprinting thrown in will make a huge difference in your mood.
