  2. 35 days. Don't know how to describe this, but I feel like I'm "re-orienting" back to my true self. It's like an old friend returning. It's weird since at the time, you don't necessarily notice the differences in one's brain as you immerse yourself in more and worse kinds of P, since the changes are gradual. I guess that's the hallmark of any addiction escalation. The encouraging thing is apparently it works in reverse as well - you can gradually recover.

Hi all, I'm new here. Just signed up here to set up accountability with a community which is one of the assignments in Mark Queppet's Reforged Man course which I'm taking at the moment.

I actually started the reboot on April 15. The first week or so I was flatlining but the urge has been getting stronger the past few days..

    Hi there! Welcome here!

Yeah, first week is always "easy" for me too. I'm not sure why. After that, second week, it gets real tough. It's been a while since I made it through that, so hopefully this time again.

    Strength to you!

it's just your brain trying to reorient itself.
You know best what it represents? You facing some of your fears? YRunning away from PMO and your addicted brain trying to bring you back? Stresss relief?

    Day 15 no M,
    Day 120 no P!

Today's Video is on Jealousy - that was a big part of my problems during my PMO time - I constantly felt jealous of everything, of people living better lives, of any girls I had a relationship with, of the attention they get etc. etc. Not anymore - as soon as you have gotten your life back and you have stuff going on in your life, you won't have time to feel jealous of anything or anyone. Stay strong and keep going!
