[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I just fell from 294 days. I'm pretty bummed, but let me tell you, it felt so good to be there. Having that hope that I could actually be free from this horrible stuff for good, and knowing I'd managed to come this far was a big boost to keep going. A couple of days of not starting the day with personal Bible reading and prayer, and sure the coronavirus restrictions - all a recipe for disaster.

Now let's do this thing.

Aww man Im sorry but hey stay positive. That was a HUGE accomplishment. Don’t worry I’m sure you’re not really starting at zero. You messed up once. Just continue

 

Cheers Dentalman. I think you're right. Or, I'm hoping so anyway - that it won't be as difficult as when I first started. For now though I have to live like it's the start: full defences, daily routine, all the basic stuff that we all need to do. What's that saying... "Hope for the best but plan for the worst."

Failed again two nights ago. Didn't get on my computer yesterday. Today starts day 2 of 7

 

No MPO for 7 days! There was intrigue when shopping and one time I turned around while driving to look at a woman. Taking it one day at a time. Will move one to a 2 week challenge

Day 4/7.. although had a night fall last night but somebody told me the streak is still on and its not counted . Still can feel the positivity. Now i realised what craving is actually and what focus the people are talking about
