    Day 5:
    The longer I stay awake at night the easier it becomes for me to go into that zone and thus the harder it becomes to control myself.
    We all should make better daily sleep schedule, which is consistent and in sync with our biological clock. It's healthy and also early mornings are delightful to watch.

    You are so right...
    My recent relapses gas been due to staying up too late at nights...
    You know when your alone, in the dark,with your thoughts (which are porn induced). Then u start a war if you try to fight it that results in overthinking then subsequently rationalize and slip...
    So trust me...i know.

    And thanks for pointing that out...

    haven't updated in a while but I've been keeping good progress.....day 17 to 21 done today from Thursday....trying to keep busy.....urges coming in waves some quite strong.....taking it a day at a time.....let's beat this.

    Day 6:
    Due to this Covid-19 everyone has to stay home which is very important. But this much of social disconnection is making me mad it has been more than a month since I have stepped outside.
    I hope all of this would get better soon.
