Brothers it's 8:29 AM at the time i am writing this , it's day 7 of my journey everything was going great but today i started reading some kinky stories on quora 15 minutes later i ended up on a porn website but i didn't fap. on my first post i said i will make it this time after 90 days i will make a thread announcing my success. And someone replied this

"You better not relapse this time or you would be ashamed of the fool you have made out of yourself"

this singular line was extremely inspiring and the only reason why i didn't fap so brothers i don't want that "it's okay" or "You will make it" kind of support i wan't some honest hard truth. In short brothers this my last try i will either make the climb this time or fall in the attempt so please don't let me fall not this time.

  2. It's not your last try. There is no first or last. You just keep trying. No one can babysit you, but we are here to offer support. I hope today went well for you.

Brother - first of all thank you for sharing; it takes great courage and strength to reach out in a situation of weakness.

And the good thing is, one always finds help when reaching out for it. The truth is: this is hard, and, ultimately, you're on your own. In those dark hours, it's you against that insidious voice inside your brain. But you can prepare for it - fill your life with life, with content, growth. And don't be hard on yourself - it is not a binary thing (addicted / sober). Rather, it is a process.

Just start stringing days together and grow. At first it might be just one day PMO free vs 4 with PMO but ever so slowly the ratio starts to change. And the good days take over - starting a virtuous cycle where you want more growth, more clarity, you just outgrow that old you. And every day you wait, your brain heals a little more.

So just hang in there, be kind and patient with yourself and keep up the good fight!

It happens bro, one thing that helps me is to keep the bigger image in mind. Keep your dreams and purpose in mind, so whenever you feel you are vulnerable remind yourself of those things and if you relapse, you dream is going to be delayed or compromised.
