Books about Pornography Addiction

There are two good(I guess)books which are:
- the porn trap by wendy maltz
- Breaking the cycle by George collins
I didn't read them yet but I'm planning to, I think they may add value to our understanding of the addiction and sexual problems
Even though the books you read are enough maybe, but take a look at these anyways

 

Sex addiction 101 by Robert Weiss is one to consider. Although is not entirely about porn addiction, Man Interrupted by Philip Zimbardo is another option.

Someone here on this site suggested it over a year ago and I read it.

 

If you are currently in an intimate relationship or wish to engage in one sometime in the future, Marnia Robinson has a good book about an orgasmless sexual practice that helps couples feel connected, while avoiding the "chaser effect" which often follows orgasm, especially in current or prior PMO addicts.

I’m currently reading Knowing Your Shadow by Robert Masters. It’s not directly related to porn, per say, but it does give some fantastic insight into your psyche and how to integrate these deeper parts of yourself in a healthy, productive way.
