33 y.o. male from the Netherlands here. Been addicted to PMO since I was about 14. I'm keeping a reboot log in the reboot section. This log will focus and eloborate on the other six goals.

    Goals:

    1. NoFAP
    2. Daily morning routine
(wake 05:00, breakfast, stretching, cold shower, meditation)
    3. Fitness daily (been lifting for many years prior but quit for over two years)
    4. Learn Japanse (currently still learning hiragana, after that katakana, basic kanji and vocabulary)
    5. Work on career (studying medicine, 3 years left to become a physician)
    6. Learn piano (couple of times a weak, start with Interstellar theme)
    7. Socialize (perhaps my biggest current weakness in life, I have underdeveloped socializing skills - work on conversational skills and humor, learn/practice daily)

Tomorrow (28th of april 2020) my journey will start. My overall goal is to attain a >75% mean mark over 90 days, thus from 28th of april to 27th of june. Failure at NoFAP will automatically score a 0% mean daily mark.

    April 28th, 2020 - 21:30

Woke up at 06:00. I needed a bit of catching up to do for my research project, so I first did that before commencing on the morning routine. I find that 05:00 is still a bit too early for me, working my way towards that.

Started morning routine at 07:00 - 08:00: breakfast, shower, stretching, meditation. Good start of the day. Stretching went well, already noticing some increased flexibility (this is my 5th time). Took the meditation a bit longer towards 08:30 (I felt almost hitting a trancendental state of sorts) and watched some motivational youtube videos after that.

Worked on research project from 09:00 - 14:30 together with my group. All went well, felt satisfied after that.

    Wrote a column for a magazine I'm writing for from 15:00 - 16:45.

Studied Japanese from 17:30 - 18:30. Learned two first columns (vowels + K-row) for the katakana script. Reviewed a bit from hiragana. Will need to keep doing this, spaced repetition is important. Will also need to review writing hiragana - reading it is easier of course.

Social theory from 18:40 to 19:40. Focused on humor, the techniques behind it. Also made some exercises to try to come up quickly with funny remarks / jokes on my own for each of the techniques. Humor is mastering the techniques and being able to apply them quickly in any situation/conversation (content), as well as great delivery.

Had to go out for a bike ride to catch some air and move my body. Don't sit for too long or stay inside all day, it produces unhappiness and is unhealthy.

Fitness from 20:00 to 21:00. Abs/chest/triceps. Good workout, progressed in weight on bench dips. Reps went up for most other exercises. Felt great after.

    Did not practice piano.

    Relaxation and sleep at 22:00.

    1. NoFAP 100%
    2. Daily morning routine 100%
    3. Fitness daily (just did some neck exercises) 95%
    4. Learn Japanse 80%
    5. Work on career 100%
    6. Learn piano 0%
    7. Social: studied theory 50% (only practice in real life accounts to 100%)

    Mean daily mark: 75%

I've decided to come up with some rewards to motivate myself even further.

If I hit <75% mean average over 90 days --> no reward
If I hit 75-85% --> give myself a day off to Amsterdam with friends or my brothers
If I hit >85% --> give myself a day off to Amsterdam + two well-designed tattoos

    1. NoFAP --> some major urges today. Looked up images of attractive women on google search, felt the need to masturbate, gave in for some time but quit. No orgasm, no porn. I don't count this as relapse, but I now choose to not masturbate at all anymore. I must force myself to channel my sexual urges elsewhere, say in meeting women. 50%
    2. Daily morning routine --> woke up at 08:30, again very tired, slept horribly. Breakfast, shower (cold), stretched and meditated. I took the rest of the morning off until 12:30. I needed some relaxation. 100%
    3. Fitness daily --> Legs / neck from 20:30 to 21:15, took a bit longer than anticipated. Made good progression on squats, calves and hamstrings. 100%
    4. Learn Japanse --> reviewed hirgana reading skills + practiced writing katakana vowels + k + s + t columns. Went well. 100%
    5. Work on career --> Multivariate survival analyses, yummy. Worked hard but not for too long. 100%
    6. Learn piano. Started practicing the Interstellar docking scene, which I really like. A bit more difficult than anticipated, but I think I can handle it. 75%
    7. Social --> studied humor 50%. I will need to practice social skills in real life soon. Starting next week monday. Will need to study some conversational skills / have some prepared material ready before that.

    Mean daily mark: 82%

Improvement points for the day: sleep better. How (will work on this later):

    - Sleep at the same time everyday (22:00 - 06:00).
    - No fitness after 21:00
    - No caffeine whatsoever, also not because of my Seb. Dermatitis
    - Dark and cool bedroom
    - No laptop / smartphone after 21:00, read instead
