    unless you dont manage to be 100% content and fulfilled with only your self, you should never enter into a relationship. the reason to get into a relationship is to GIVE of what you have. if you look for a relationship, because you feel down and lonely, your are not going in because you want to give, but because you want to receive. man up. we are men and not girls, thats why we do what we do. the only reason why you are having these thoughts is because society/school/movies taught you that you are supposed to have a girl to be a happy. that you cant be happy if you have none. these are lies. watch some old pre 1950 movies, watch how men acted back then, and women likewise. women crave a man, thats in their dna. thats how it is supposed to be. we shall not. if you find yourself craving for a woman, it means theres something inside of you that needs to be fixed. and it can be fixed. take care

    that´s the thing, you can be commited 100% of the time, but you can´t stay motivated 100% of time.

    commitment is having the discipline and consistency to follow your plan, no matter what. the reboot is top priority in your life and you do whatever it takes to do it.
    motivation can´t stay high all the time, sometimes we feel down, sad, tired, etc.... and we can even think on "having a snack and taking a break", but if we are truly commited, our triggers plan will not let us engage in any destructive behaviour.

    i learn so much in my journey and i have lot´s of experience, but until this day i still don´t take my mobile to the bathroom. why? because my triggers plan say so. that´s commitment.
