i just found and categorized my problem with mobile phone as and addiction, yeps mobile phone addiction

my sleep schedule became worse and worsen especially this week, average sleep of 3-4 hour's a day is not healthy at all.
not to mention that there are many triggers in these mobile phone use such as Youtube

so i come with new plan to defeat that addiction and will see if that works.
