Glad you're back, 9 days is good coming straight back is better. Do you have a list of things you could do when you're bored?
Make sure you have some easy non screen things on there like; read a few random pages of a favourite book, as well as some aspirational things.

 

also no psubs for me today, it's something I struggle with, usually out of boredom too, or if I'm trying to avoid doing something, but posting here to commit to my intention.
