    Hi All -

Is their any strong correlation between frequent illness, or sickness and having a chronic PMO addiction?

    Thoughts?

  2. Hi @James02,
Definitely, as we keep indulging in PMO each time it will consume our body resources and effect our brain changes chemically, this will include every orgasm, so by time the consumer will start getting symptoms that keep worsening such as Hair loss, Acne, Eye floaters, sleepy eyes, Protates, Urinary problems, Abdomenal issues, muscle aches, chest pain, heart paplpitations, High BP and other disorders, . Also Mentally it will cause Brain fog, Weak memory, Anxiety, Depression and could lead to other worse disorders.
It simply consumes the total body energy and once the amount of resources are not enough, then it will burn the rest. This could happen to anyone who has practiced PMO frequently for years. What differs is that some people have a stronger foundation than others that gives them extra time to handle PMO without symptoms.

Luckily, and as I see you you have had previous long streaks, and I am sure if you had some symptoms at least some of them have settled, this is because as we reboot from doing this poisonous habit, our body will start recovering until almost no symptoms. Recovery could take months and could take more than a year depending on our health cultivation and abstaining from PMO. Also it is highly encouraged to practice a healthy lifestyle to reduce the amount of stress and fatigue and fasten our recovery.

Unfortunately I couldn't find enough researches about related studies. But as we read many people experiences, and some particular sites or books that speak about excessive use of PMO, we will realize all this. Also we can notice generally that addictions' behavior is similar to each other, so Alcoholism, Drugs and PMO effect our brain similarly, and addictions generally cause autonomous disorders. In such ways someone can relate his symptoms and relations.

You may read a book called "Rebooting as the best remedy" Have mentioned a lot of symptoms related to this. Also there is this website mentioned some brief points about it : http://www.herballove.com/guide/over-masturbation-symptoms-and-stages-severity
Else than that by simple searches and relations to different cases someone could get a point.

Don't be discouraged, as we keep recovering everything will turn to normal.

    Hi @Master Chips

Thank you for the detailed response. I'm going to read your website and learn more.

I've battle what I believe are severe allergies &/or auto-immune disease for a decade. I've been addicted to PMO since late teens - I'm now late 30's. I've always wondered about the connection between my brain/gut health link and overall effect PMO has had on my body. My main symptoms are that I get sick very often & in ability to exercise without getting sick-like symptoms following cardio.

    Best,
    James

Yes, when you're ejaculating your seed, your body loses many of the minerals and nutrients it used to perform maintenance on yourself. Humans were never made to nut left and right to pornography. The seed we have inside was only ever meant for reproduction, so that's why you'll feel so drained afterwards, it's supposed to be a once in a while occurence. When you're retaining your seed you'll notice how white your eyes get, and how clear your skin becomes, and even the growth of hair all over your body, that is due to the nutrients in the semen being reabsorbed into the body. It definitely makes you weaker when you're losing it and you become susceptible to viruses

  5. I can relate. For example, I used to get flu multiple times in a year for unknown reason. Other posts mentioned a similar thing. Overall you need not to worry but the only true remedy is to stop indulgence. All the best

Thanks! @Master Chips How long did you have to recover before you saw an improvement in health symptoms? Personally, it's difficult to diagnose whether or not PMO is the culprit b/c I can't ever get 90 days to confirm but also I'm not a daily PMO'er. I'm your typical 3-6 day'er. Am I overthinking it?

    Best - James
