[60-CHALLENGE] THE SIXTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

50/60 almost there but also 10 days can be a long time. Feeling good about this though.

This happens to me lots. I like to remember the quote "urges are the addiction leaving your body". You could see those random thoughts as your brain trying to nudge you in the direction of that cheap instant dopamine hit but also maybe it's just your creative brain playing and it doesn't know where the lines are. Either way I just reply "that's interesting." but I'm going to continue with this nofap thing for a bit longer and see where it takes me.

Grrr, had a bad day yesterday emotionally and ended up cumming in the shower, I'd like to pretend it wasn't intentional but it was and I have to hold myself to a high standard otherwise I'll slip down the slope. So going to reset my counter and start again. It's been a great 50 days though, looking forward to being here again.
