    Workout, prayers..
    Everyday i try to keep a motivational word in mind. And its been helping!!

    Workout, prayers and Motivation!!
    At first i was a lil anxious and i asked my self how long can i continue in this race? Buh i learnt endurance from studying the bible..
    Now am killing anxiousness, and working hard to keep fit and am staying positive.

    Workout, prayers, bible study!

    Am feel more energetic, less urges and i always remind my self to take 1 step at a time.. I know its not gonna be easy, but am doing this for myself, my family, my friends, and you guys here on NoFap.. U mean alot to me

    Its not been easy, i have urges but am not back out.. Ill let the urge be my friend, am not backing out... To settle is to die

    And i sad i did..

    But am motivated never to let this happen again
