i'm not some person who gonna make it through hell unscathed
i got problems that's all you need to know right now we all got problems BUT don't let them win
remember these problems wont go away in a single day hour minute like this challenge it takes time a long time

having a specific goal is so important in these nofap journey and this life by general. the goal must be acceptable and reachable so it would not drop into just a fantasy.

by having specific goal u will try your best to at least take a small step to make it happen. all the effort will pointed into that direction.
and it will make u strong when challenge appear

for me in this nofap journey of course the marriage

these past month i become a lazy person, blame the pandemic for it but in the end it just me

yesterday i try to implemented that goal strategy in nofap into real life, and after i knew my goal is (medium term kinda goal) today was different no more oversleep, no more missed pray, no more binge on Youtube all day long, no more excuse just effort that pointed into my goal.

its amazing and i hope i can disciple on this
