    I relapsed yesterday.

    I was feeling stressed and I started looking at instagram, ignoring my rule not to do ir during recovery.

    I feel like I have developed a good plan and that if I trully stick to it I will leave this addiction behind. And this is a little bit scary. I know that if I follow this plan my life will change forever and I will become a new person, leaving behind the one I have been for years.

    I have to be brave and start living a life that will make me proud, and being a man that I admire.

    Good luck my fellow companions!
