How long were you addicted to porn before taking the challenge?

    I think its too late for me. Im 21 and started when i was 8. Ive noticed slight problems in getting it up. Its crazy, ive resisted for 2 months max but other than that, I relapse. Im angry at myself. Its so easy, its right there in my phone. I just want to stop but everytime I get the urge I give in

    Started M when I was about 10. Porn when I was about 12-13 (just pics and short movie clips). Real hardcore porn when I was 14-15. High speed interner when I was 18 (I was already hooked on transexuals). First intercourses with real girls...of course PIED. Managed to go through that and had sucessful sex life for 7-8 years, together with regular PMO, sometimes skype cam sex. At 27 got hooked on skype cam sex so much (transexuals and gays mostly), developed severe PIED. At 30 finally admitted that I had a problem. First try of nofap...managed to get to 90days, but couldnt wait to fap when its finished and went back to vicious cycle. At 31, first sucessful streak about 130 days clean...PIED almost conquered. Unfortunate relationship isues so relapsed. Now Im 32, single, 76 days clean and hopin that I will find someone to try if I still have PIED soon.

    Hey buddy its not like there is a right time to quit it. There are people doing it for more than 20 yrs but even then they are trying to quit. There is no perfect time to start a good thing. You can always start a good habit or quit a bad one anytime. If you relapse its not the last time, you have no other choice then starting it all again. But try not to relapse. Everytime you think of it try to post update your status or start s new thread. Posting and reading the replies gives you a sense of satisfaction that you are doing a good thing and when you tell someone how to not relapse your own mind acts on that idea( This is how I have come so far). Delete each and everything from your phone that you thing is a trigger. You need great strength for doing so but that is the only way. If you can't delete you accounts on social media then try to make a new one, this thing really helps . I hope it helps . Stay strong .

    its never too late to stop! there are 30+ and 40+ age sections here on nofap, everyone is able to battle this addiction. You PMOd for many years, so we cant solve it instantly, it will take time, but its not impossible, thats ur inner part trying to get u back to PMO "its impossible to stop..so lets go to the next video" no!

    I've been addicted to porn since I was around eleven, so I would have been in 5th grade. My last day of high school is Friday, if that puts it in perspective. So that means I've been addicted to porn for around seven or eight years.
