    It’s a relapse. In my own case it was edging that made my withdrawal symptoms 10000x worse.

    No offence but in my opinion cumming is like giving up and only losers give up so I have to keep going today I didn't edge at all and also didn't watch porn although the tough horniness.
    I will be ok I have now much stronger grip on my addiction and habits.

  5. Please read about edging and I hope you will realize how it is just as bad if not worse than cumming. You might get death grip syndrom and kill your penile nerves.

  6. Edging doesn't make any sense at all, what you are doing is a waste of time. Either quit porn or don't, but fapping to it without cumming serves no purpose.

    The way I see it is when you edge you just make things way harder for yourself. Edging to porn is very destructive but you are still retaining semen which has benefits on its own. It’s like when you edge and you decide to stop you must face the consequences. The consequences are gonna be VERY INTESE urges probably for the next two days. It’s like repenting for your sins and you have to pay the price. For most this may be to hard and relapse is the only solution. I’ve been here before and I would say fight the urge with all your might and don’t look back. Become an animal of your craft and focus all your energy on other things. Before you go to bed DO NOT think sexual thoughts. Go to bed wake up and take a cold shower and meditate. I believe by doing this you save yourself from completely relapsing but it 100% is not worth edging. It also depends on how long you edged for. 5 mins of edging with a complete stop you’ll probably have crazy urges for the rest of the day. I know myself I edged for about 2 hours then stopped and the urges were nuts for 4 days. Definitely not worth it but I believe if you come out the other end alive without ejaculation you can save yourself. It’s just extremely hard. I believe it’s wrong also to justify Oing after edging because you are just giving yourself even more pleasure with no deserving of it. Honestly after the insane urges went away I felt really good cause I felt like I just fought the temptation monster while he was on steroids and I still won. To do this you must delete all social media and honestly just stay off your phone. Good luck brothers hold the F***ing line, do not fold. I know every single one of you has it in you. There’s this voice in the back of all of our heads telling us to give up and quit in life. It’s our responsibility as men to fight that mother F***er and shut his a** up. I wish you all strength and resiliency.

    Glad I found this thread because I'm in a similar situation.

    Disclaimer: I feel like I got extremely lucky and have prior mini-streaks under my belt that helped, so take what I say with a grain of salt. Also, edging can cost you an INSANE amount of lost time. You can never get that time back.

    I got stuck is an edging-loop for over 3 weeks, and the crazy thing is I hit a flatline at day 25. By flatline, I mean PMO urges/libido are gone/massively reduced. This was totally unexpected and I plan to leverage this situation and transition in to a hard-mode streak.

    By the way, over the duration of this streak I progressively reduced how close I would get to "the edge". In other words, on a scale of 1-10, if 10 is a dry-orgasm/blue-balls I started to make it a habit to stop around scale: 6-7. At some point, I was fine with just getting an erection (scale: 1-3). So, edging is probably a really bad idea like a lot of people are saying, but it helped me reduce the urge to O/dry-O.

  10. PMO is the only way to go. You need to study or you will fail at reboot.

    Beginner's will use the willpower strategy which will result in failure.
    Only thought daily studying and exercising can one succeed in reboot.
    Im not meaning the 30 day or 90 day reboot I mean reboot as whole.
    When you have gone past 90 days, you don't say you have rebooted, because if you say that, demons will come and get you.
     
  11. Here, it's vital to look at the science. When you edge, you reinforce the addiction pathways due to the relationship between dopamine, DeltaFosB, your current behaviour, and more. By realising what you've done and immediately completing with orgasm, you undo that reinforcement. So, it's not about giving yourself more pleasure; it's about preventing greater addiction. (It's all in the documentation.)

    Once you're done, of course, you need to restart your streak but this time be serious about it.

    Edging is bad but once you release you keep releasing releasing sperm your power it leads addiction if you somehow stay away keep doing it once you get hit in life doesnt mean we have to fully give in
