I feel addicted to watching porn and masturbation for past 5 years. I really feel losing myself. Please help me to get out of this.

Knowledge is power. Read the stories of people who have been through this and come out the other side. I could offer you advice personally but for the most part it is nothing you can't find in the links above. To put it in a two simple sentences: the most important thing is to commit entirely, you are never going to use again: truly acknowledge and believe that. Build a new life that doesn't need porn. And good luck!

Block porn sites from your internet connection. If you use a broadband, try using dns services such as adguard family protection, 1.1.1.1 adult filter, cleanbrowsing etc. On your phone you can install cleanbrowsing app, then lock it using an app lock with random password which you don't know(you can ask someone else to set the password for you).
If you want to walk the higher path, make sure next time you feel like watching porn, atleast it isn't easily accessible.

Worst case scenario cancel your internet. I went about 3 years without internet. Yes it might sound strange but once you get used to it it’s no big deal.

  5. If you are just beginning, make simple goals: A few days without porn. Keep track of your progress. Try the 90 challenge if you can, but overall I find that proves nothing because so many guys get there and fall back into old habits.
Learn about addictions of all kinds and begin trying to manage this. Be kind to yourself and never quit.
