High Libido or just bored?

    Hello everyone, recently I talked with one of my best friends about my NoFap, why I do it and how long I will continue doing it. The reason I started noFap was the fact that I masturbated at least three times a day or even more. Every day. The thing is, for me it seemed normal, I thought every man has a such a sex drive and masturbates so often. A few days ago, this particular friend told me that he could never fap that much, that after one time, he doesn't want to fap for quite a while, a few days sometimes. That has never happened to me, so my question is, do I maybe have a very high libido or was I just so bored that I masturbated all day long? I certainly only masturbated, when I had the feeling I wanted to do it, I didnt't do it to kill time. Achieving 90 days soon, I've spent some time recently, asking myself, why I did it so often. Does someone here have some answers? Thank you for your time

    I personally find that if I have a lot of caffeine or something in my life that is flooding my brain with dopamine that my body requires more PMO than normal to get that "hit".
    When I worked jobs that got me out of the house I could go a couple of days no problem or only did it once a day. When I started working from home is when it grew from 1-2 times a day to 6-8 times a day.
    It's both a combination of high sex drive and boredom/opportunity for me. For example I could go several rounds with a woman back to back whereas other guys I talk to fall asleep after one round.

    Same case here, staying home + more hard porn = more arousal = more fap. Haven't counted but probably sometimes reached 10-12 times. Even 2 days in have boners all the time. Some people just have bigger sex drive it seems.

    Hi! Three times a day maybe too much, but depends on your age. If just masturbating without ejaculation (orgazm). Normal man ejaculates 2-3 times a week (age 20-30), 1-2 times ( 30-40), and about 1 time (40+).

    Okay, I'm 29 at the moment, so it seems that I'm not normal in that way. I didn't just masturbate, of course I always had an ejaculation (orgasm).

    My boyfriend fapped 4-6 a day because of boredom, when we had sex he could go 3 even 4 times and last at max 3 minutes but he was PMOing so the "high sex drive" was due to unsatisfactory orgasms and lack of sensitivity from PMO. Now he can only go once maybe twice (rarely) last a bit longer but way more satisfying orgasms for him. Trust me, it was boredom and procrastination. Those were urges you were feeling, even after we had 2 or 3 sessions of sex he would go PMO after. This addiction really takes a toll on you.     We've probably said this ourselves as a reason to fail at NoFap or heard it from someone else as an excuse. It's weird we would basically tell ourselves that we're virile sex gods when a lot of us don't even have the balls to talk to women. The reality is that you don't have a high sex drive. Matter of fact, you have no sex drive whatsoever. You have a high masturbation drive. Doesn't sound as cool now, does it?
