PMO-Free Commitment thread for April 2020! (aka Abstain April)

Going strong. New fapstronaut. Hard Mode. Will continue as long as I can and minimum 90 days for sure. Doing it to master my will power and free up myself from porn addiction and prevent the waste of time and energy from it.

 

Day 7 is on a roll!

 

9 of 10. Urges are high but so is my positivity. I'm guessing that these first couple of weeks are the most difficult then I'll begin to settle down? I've got good exercise routines in this lockdown, but I'm noticing that I'm much lazier in other areas, this needs to be fixed!

 

april ended on the note of self-ejaculation while i got busy in sleeping obviously thats not in my control... anyways i refrain myself from doing PMO since whole April month so yeah this month was successful... looking forward to make May also nofap ...

Hi. I'm new and would like to join this. I am aiming for no masturbation and porn for 90 days. i joined NoFAP about an hour ago and originally thought 30 days would do but im going all out for the 90 days. today is day 0.

 

I think, this month is missed. There may be issues. Hoping, June challenge may be there. Monthly challenge helped me in my initial stage. Monthly challenge may be helpful for others also. I have joined some other challenges so it is ok for me.

 

I did the same. The LOTR suits me fine. Big LOTR nerd here.
