    I'm glad that this relapse happened because I'm starting to realize what is leading me down this path. I felt no need to relapse. I did anyway and observed it.
    I relapse because I consider it as a way out of the things I currently have do deal with. I use it as an escape route and distraction.

    Last year, I had a similar situation. After dealing with what worried me, I was able to go 23 days without even thinking to go back to this habit.

    Now I know how to deal with it. This relapse is insightful. I'm not even hyped up about starting all over like I would be normally. Remember that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer. I'm moving on.

    Observe your situation and try to understand, instead of combating it.

    Keep going guys! :)

    You're totally right. With chronic use of PMO, our stress response becomes altered so that increasingly we see PMO as the solution to all our problems. So instead of solving what's causing us stress, we relieve it by watching porn.

    Hi brother, thanks for the comment. Can i count you in the challenge? About the challenge itself, no, 500 days is the destiny, the goal and pretty much the core of the reboot :).

    whomever reaches that mark will have pretty much rewired the entire brain by then, so he will always be a White Wizard, no matter what.

    If by any chance he stumbles into pmo again, he knows how to get out of it for a White Wizard he is ;)

    Day 4 down, today was a rollercoaster! My mood has been ricocheting from about 2/10 to 8/10 and everywhere inbetween - no suicidal thoughts or complete elation but I've felt a lot of different feelings to be sure. Not sure what's going on, but I suppose it's a good sign that some sort of change is happening on some level in my brain.

    I've been on NoFap forever for the last two days. Remember when I gave y'all the link to the first one? Well, I realized that I wasn't following NoFap rules/guidelines and I felt as if I needed to create a new one, which took like 5 freaking hours. It would make my day if at least one of y'all joined my accountability thread. It would make me feel as if I didn't create this for nothing.

    Note that in order to join, you must be under 20, a male, and a Christian.
