    If you have an exam
You have panic of studying less tgan required, and do nothing expect studying

So the study pressure and not practice sporor taking a breaks trigger you to relpase

Is there anyone who has the same problem?

(Sorry for the late reply) I think everyone feeling the same lol. I myself tbh dont worry about failing the mcqs test (but rarely passing with flying colors, and i suck at the hands-on or practice exam). And i do feel nervous before exams too. So i just want to share that for you to prepare for the next test just have a time goal (for example study 10 hrs for the subject) and leave it at that. Do whatever u want as long as you reach the goal. Trust me. It sucks so much more when you lost ur streak than the exam (in my case the porn addiction is just so much suffering, i dont know about u). And for the coming test. Do what u feel like(study, hanging out... Whatever other than pmo). Good luck!

I have the same problem, although I consider my trigger to be more related to stress than panic. I always have to fight off a relapse when doing homework, but preparing for an exam requires hours of constant attention and this mean hours of the addictive urges getting stronger. So I usually end up relapsing and when it does, it happens more than once. Some nights when i try to pull an all-nighter for exam prep, I end up wasting around 5 hours total on PMO. So not only do I end up wasting precious study time, but I also sacrifice sleep for nothing. And of course, i am always left with self-blame, overwhelming concern for my mental health/sanity, and the panic for the upcoming exam.
