    Been a busy week. Didn't get to report on my Day 60 mark. What a ride it's been. Have not had any distractions or temptations recently.

    Gotcha. Porn substitutes are any sexually stimulating material you seek out as a substitute for porn. This can be anything from instagram models to the lingerie section of a clothing catalogue. Often your mind attempts to justify seeking out porn substitutes because "it isn't really porn", but the effect is much the same.

    Hello fellow knights. I am here and reporting a new day. Unfortunately I do not know its number by heart, it is for sure the 3rd week without PMO. Luckily I have it in my signature.
