    Hello Fapstronauts,
    I seem to be unable to control my urges for more than 2 days at a time. And I am also stuck at home due to the quarantine. Any ideas or suggestions?

    I found that doing exercise and cold water bath helps
    Also you can try talking to friends for a round of online games... Like Risk or Ludo or pictionary any other game that interests you... The emotional high low of the game I found generally helps... I also found if i play the game on my own it DOES NOT help it has to be played with friends ... I call my friends on whatsapp and then talk to them simultaneously when we play the game .. it results in a friendly banter which helps to keep mind off stuff

    Write down why you are doing this. You should be clear about it. Every time you get urges read your reasons why you need to get away from porn. As far as distraction, start quick push ups whenever you get urges.
