    This would have been day 4 for me but I failed.
    Porn has a lot of control over me. So I have to stick firmly to my rules for, if I don't, PMO is guaranteed.

    Here are the rules:
    - Bed is only for sleeping

    - Whenever I want to watch something I ask: is there any hidden sexual reason to view this? And if there is I don't watch it.

    - Cold showers everyday.

    - No alcohol or any other kind of drug

    - Meditate or read everyday.

    - Remind myself everyday of why I'm doing this.

    If any of you would like to suggest another rule I would be very glad. And I hope this rules are useful.

    We'll make it brothers and sisters!

    excellent brother. You´re on the spot. As days goes by, you´ll find new traps and new triggers, so refine your system whenever you need. but NEVER NEVER NEVER stop using your system.

    i tell you, if i fail my system even one single day, the next day i´m not so determinated, not so solid. if i fail my system 2 days straight, i practically enter pre-relapse stage.

    always follow your system brother, even when you feel confident, especially when you feel confident.

    Let´s go my brother, we´re with you!!!
