    Day (4/90): Completed :emoji_v:
I had a meditation session last night and could sleep easily, and I insist on giving my brain the full opportunity this time to complete the rewiring (rebooting) process.

    Day (5/90): Completed :emoji_v:
I didn't meditate last night, thoughts about porn were starting to hit, I have just turned off my laptop and went to sleep as I was so tired, and simply I am now back again just 2 days far from completing Phase 2.
I hope to invest my time better in creating a new healthy routine (habit) instead of porn, I am still not succeeded at that, I know that this time I shouldn't rely on my will power and knowledge about porn to fight these late night thoughts about porn, there would better be another habit to help me go smoother through these difficult days.
One last thing, It would be more better my friends to write something about how your days are going, not just "Day x Completed", it will help you and everyone to understand better the way they should fight the thoughts about porn.

    DAY 21/90 COMPLETED
I had some mild urges yesternight. So I went to bed early to avoid the urges. I have realised that staying late at night is not very helpful for me. When I am on my bed, I usually picture the kind of life I want for myself, and it motivates me to put PMO away.

Me too, I had problems at my work, I got stressed and felt low, I resisted the porn thoughts and managed to sleep but woke up again after two hours, I found myself miserable that I couldn't resist logging to porn images and then relapsed.
I know that getting low, accusing myself of being guilty and not writing here just to hide and get more depressed will push me to relapse again, Yes I reset my counter but I WON'T GIVE UP.
After two streaks of 14 days then 6 days, I am now telling myself one thing
"It won't kill me if I stopped PMOing for three months, Moreover if I managed to complete a one month streak, then I will have completed Five phases out of Seven. After the first month urges will be much lower and resisting them will be much easier, my brain will then start giving up thinking about porn. It's easy and I can do it."
@2ndChance! I will start counting with you daily my friend, and let's commit ourselves to complete each phase with an eye focused on the end of this journey. It doesn't matter that we failed one or two or three times, but what matters now that we want to succeed.

You don't have to stay on the groud when you fall. You have to stand up again, and in a matter of time you will not fall again. Good luck friend.

    DAY 22/90 COMPLETED
I had strong urges yesterday. I felt bored, stressed, and lonely. My mind was telling me to engage myself with p. I realised that once I engaged myself with p, I would feel worse than I was feeling at the moment. I also reminded myself that watching porn would escalate to several genres, which will result in m and o, which will make me very sad. I wrote how I was feeling at the moment, the effects that pmo would have on me, and the benefits I would derive if I didn't pmo. Writing those things helped to calm me down.

As phases got completed, resisting the porn thoughts becomes easier, our brains are more controllable, that's why I am having troubles with the first phases, but once I manage to pass it, days will pass smoother.
I would advise you to invest your night time in a new healthy habit, it will help you so far.

    Day (1/3): Completed :emoji_v:
I would better think of completing each phase instead of counting days out of 90 days all together.
I am about to create a daily routine for myself, and I will use meditation to be my night habit before bed, Also I will commit to waking up early to keep myself tired at night.
Again I m not blaming myself for resetting the counter for the second time, I know that resetting the counter is not good but much better than relapsing totally (due to fake depression created by my brain to rewire again on porn).
