Day 5/7 done. Got very close to relapsing yesterday. Curiosity is a real pain in the ass sometimes.

 

Day 3/7. Urges were strong last night due a lack of sleep but thank God I did not destroy myself again.

 

I’m ready to give NoFap another try. Porn is destroying my motivation, and I’m ready to get my life back. This is going to be really tough, but I know I can do it. Day 0/7.

Hey guys I'm going to join this too.

 

Gah, stuffed up again. I can't seem to get going at the moment, so I'm doing a couple of things:
- moving the phone charger and phone away from my bed, so that I'm not tempted to peek (which is what started this one). Plus I'll be less inclined to lay in bed wasting time, first or last thing of the day. I've dug up my battery alarm clock (which will probably annoy housemates more than a phone alarm ).
