    Hello Everybody,
    My name is THU YA AUNG. I am from Myanmar.
    I addicted to porn very seriously.
    It destroy my life for many years.
    Past 2 years, i found out i am addicted to porn from NOFAP video in Youtube.
    At that time, i decided to quit porn forever.
    But, my determination is not very sharp and sound.
    I fail again and again.
    My maximum streak is 75 days.
    I want to go reboot process of 180 Days.

    @PEACE_OF_MIND_2019 hey tuyang, I'm glad that you came to this site.
    I'll share you my personal experience,when I got to know about nofap 2 years ago,I decided to make it last long,but the streak didn't last longer than 41 days.After that I just forgot about nofap and after 2 years I'm back now.I have had some problems thats why I'm back here.If you continue to fap,there are many worst things waiting for you.This is the right time to stop before anything bad happens.Make sure you won't quit this time and make this streak longer than your previous one.And If you fail,dont loose hope and come back to this community as soon as you relapse.

    Welcome friend. Read around here and when you get even the first feeling of urges, relax, recenter your mind, and maybe read some posts here. Over time you can get better at recognizing when your thoughts are going in the wrong direction and you can stop them. If you don't entertain thoughts about porn you can't use porn.
