  1. Check In day 18. Guys it's feels awesome. Every moment of my day full of interest and motivation. I have gone thougth a week flatline. Feelings were really bad. But it worth to be so excited now. It's not the end. Flatline can return. But as memory for me on flatline and as motivation for everyone who read it. It's awesome. Stay strong)

  2. Go back to basics and see if anything has slipped up.
Diet - what are you eating, are you eating worse than when you started and/or is the room for improvement?
Exercise - are you going gym/running/walks/sports? Have you before? If not it will help to start
Habits - things like social media, having computers/phones in the bedroom, are you "sneaking a peak" at anything you shouldn't
Social - every minute spent socializing with friends is a minute you are not sitting at home thinking about PMO. Try to plan things in even if you don't really feel like it

And maybe most importantly, actively remind yourself why you are doing this to begin with. For me it's to be able to have a functioning dating life. When the urges kick in the thought "if you watch this you will continue to be a loner sitting in a room watching porn and be unable to have a girlfriend/wife/kids" is a pretty strong motivator

The above is stuff that helps me, can't be sure it'll help you but it's worth thinking about:)

Everything started when I watched a youtube video with a little explicit content, and after that video, I watched more videos and so on in youtube. And these videos more the mild thoghts about girls was triggers to start to watch porn and relapse.

I need to be careful when I open any website such as youtube and so on and also face the thoughts about girls. I´m going and I have to replace this old habits to a new habits. I will become stronger than before and I will never ever give up on my own. Let´s fight this and win this for sure! Let the inner champion inside of all of us talk louder! Let´s go! :emoji_muscle:

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain´t all sunshine and rainbows, it´s a very mean and nasty place and I don´t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain´t about how hard you hit, it´s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward. That´s how winning is donne." Rocky Balboa

Thank you, what you said is true. I should come back to basics.
Well I'm at home for 24/24, a have a laptop in my bedroom. I stopped going to the gym because of the quarantine. I'm in a complicated situation. But I managed to make it. almost 30 days. It's hard like hell.
My real problem is a luck of motivation.
I will keep concentrating on my goals. Hopefully the urges will go away.

Thank you. Yeah sure that was helpful.
I'm a Naruto fun. I love animes, and I watch a lot of them. Yeah I will never give up.
Games, animes, chat,.. may help. But they are a temporary distraction.
30 days ago, I decided to never watch porn again. I'm fighting very hard to keep this promise. Once I reach 30 days, I will start a new 30 days challenge, this is my next move.

Well I think, music and social media may help as a distraction. Meditation and prayer are good too. I can't concentrate will meditating. But I have too.

Thank you all for your help.
    Stay strong

  14. Day 3 check in... with monk mode... no edging, no urges.
Feeling flatline symptoms sometime at this early stage... i think when u completely stop the flow of senses and take strong control over them.. it hits u back with the same force.. but i m determined... i m not going to give up to my senses... this tym. Each time i have failed this year but this time i will let it bow down to me or i may die...Whatever happens i will not yield to urges... Let me see what may come my way.

    I M READY.
