    It's a difficult question to answer bro
    It's based on how deeply we addicted to PMO
    For older guys who born 1980 and earlier it took Avg of 6-8 Weeks

    Younger guys who have no idea abt real sex who fallen to PMO took avg of 10-18 weeks

    After also those paths not completely removed from our brain
    It hidden in our brain so never go back to PMO once you successfully cured.

    no clear cut days to mention. it depends on many factors, but for an average man it takes about 9 months
