  4. I'm gonna jump in! I'm gonna do the 2 x 1.5km run I've been working on, then do some push-ups and crunches to make it up to 30 mins. Gonna try at least to equal my last time for the run, and will set a baseline for push-ups and crunches today.

  5. Okay, partial success. My times were 7:15 and 6:58 [14:13] compared to 7:13 and 7:09 [14:24] last week, which is good. But I got home and realised I was late for a Skype call, which just ended and now today is tomorrow. But that's what tomorrows are for - improvement!

    I'm working out a lot, do push, pull, and legs during the week, and martial arts/parkour training, ngl find it hard to do legs after doing parkour, kick training for martial arts, and running, cos they often tire them out enough.

    Although still aiming to get 6 pistol squats down within 3 months!

  14. Did same running circuit. Felt gassed from the beginning, but gave it a strong effort. 7:24 and 7:10 for 14:34. I'm not doing enough for the Spartan training, I feel, but at least it's something.

  16. Felt a bit springier today. Pushed for 7:11 and 6:58 for 14:09. Really wanted that sub-7min second leg, so pushed to the beginning of that nauseous feeling that means you're doing it right. =p

    I used a car approaching from behind to push me on, and it really worked. I usually train alone, but maybe there's something to be said for having some competition...

  18. Only did a short run yesterday - 4 mins in total. Don't want to overdo things in the beginning. Watched Bloodsport last night, though. Jean-Claude van Damme's an inspirational guy!
