Please guys workout during this!

    I've been struggling alot on lockdown, no energy fapping a lot each day and kept putting off exercise. But I decided to try change and have now been doing strength training for a few weeks and it is amazing how much its helped my urges. I am barely interested in porn and have only done It one or two times in that time frame. Usually its 3 / 4 times a day. I also feel better improving knowledge of diet and will hopefully improve fitness and strength. Do not delay just start today please
     
  2. fitness is always important. I never had it in me. Everytime I worked out... the damn weights never felt lighter. I was always so tired. My doctor told me that based on everything theyve looked at and tested for that that is just me.
    I haven't given up yet. But everyday I'm a bit closer lol.

    Start of low weights high reps at the moment as I have not done much last few years just start slow I'm not rushing into huge weights as it ll just exhaust you

    Very true. I've noticed waking up early to work out has been one of the best things for me. To have the mental toughness to get out of bed early so you can workout helps me in keeping my streak. I think, if I can wake up early enough to push my body and work hard then I can definitely have the mental strength to not listen to my urges throughout the day. Waking up early, working out, and taking a cold shower after, in my opinion, is the best way to start your day.
