full day, opening in Italy, so worked a lot but also did the academics and the training.
Few free time, but that's why I enjoyed it

Though I did not relapse, I have failed to check in daily.
Honoring the rules of the Spartan Challenge, I will restart now.

I can feel my body swelling with testosterone and I am fairly sure I may explode roday. Yet, motivation is at a all time low due to being inside all the time

Full day but with a little sign of normality, I went to the hairdresser, something simple, but something normal again.
Schedule has been tough because of internet connection but I am managing to end everything
