    Masturbation is a manual stimulation of one's own genitals for sexual satisfaction,it involves the use of hand,toys,and any soft object.


    Orgasm on the other hand can be seen as a peak of sexual excitement,which occurs during ejaculation.infact orgasm(on nofap)means one has ejaculated via either sex or masturbation.
