Tinnitus (Ringing in the ear)

I have the same problem but never ever thought it could be part of 'PMO' problems. im 30(m) and have been MO since 11. So yeah

 

Tons of people get this, it's very common, and it gets more common the older you get. For me it's not too bad, I've had these for a few years but I can only hear them when it's very quiet or when I am wearing a headset with no sound for example.

I don't think it's related to MO at all.

 

Yup, my husband had it really bad. He mentioned the other day that it has almost entirely gone away.

Yes PMO has been linked with tinnitus, Porn users watch it at such loud volumes with headphones it causes hearing damage lol

Pretty much, it rarely occurs now when before it was a constant.

 

Yup. Goes away after a long time of no PMO. One day you just realize that hey, my ears aren’t ringing anymore

 

Like four months then relapsed pretty hard for a month then it came back. All paws came back. Full Brain And body collapse I’m currently in a depression anxiety hell and restarting. Ears ringing super bad. All I can do is keep moving forward

 

After I quit all carbs/ sugars in all its forms it stopped completely. I did an elemention diet, i.e. Carnivore diet. Trust me it works, fixes literally everything inside
