60th day

This is past 60 days I’m just not sure give or take a few days

I’ve seen my confidence spike that’s all nothing much but at the moment I feel like I can live without porn that’s the point of reboots I suppose

I’m quite happy tbh usually I’d go straight to porn after rejection or loneliness but I just let it happen which I have see a massive rise in my anxiety but when I face it, it seems to disappear

personally nofap is a good way of improving your life I definitely prefer this than constantly feeling awful after a tug

The superpowers I experienced last time where strong but I think that’s because I wanted to believe in them all I can say is compared to other people’s struggles and my last 100x attempts at nofap this streak has been a walk in the park

 

It’s weird isn’t it I can feel a change I just can’t explain it and I feel I’m coming across unhelpful
But all urges are stopped after 30 days
